Carefully restored 3 storey house plus den in the heart of the Old town. First story composes of 1 bedroom with king size bed & en suite bathroom with rain fall shower, mini bar, Nespresso coffe machine & kettle. Second story composes of 1 bedroom with king size box-spring bed & en suite bathroom with rain fall shower; lounge area mini bar, Nespresso coffe machine, kettle. Third storey of the house composes of living room, kitchen, dining area &bathroom+den with queen size bed & lounge area. The space Embrace the History! The bedrooms in the ground-floor (for our US guests it's first storey) & first storey ( US second storey) is beautifully laid out in an ancient wooden beams which harmoniously integrates with Dubrovnik legacy. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms; lounge area; mini bar; TV; Nespresso coffe machine; kettle; tea & coffe pods; iron; safe on each floor where you can store even your laptop. The 2nd storey (US 3rd storey) Villa combines living room with 2 wast windows looking west & offers breathtaking views over Lovrijenac fortress & part of the city walls, dining area & kitchen offers east views over Dubrovnik rooftops. Finally but not lastly- DEN - "Penthouse suite"on the 3rd storey (US 4th storey is an romantic couple with queen size bed; it's a perfect gateway with stunning views over Lokrum island & Dubrovnik rooftops, all through Velux roof window with remote installed on the wall next to the aircon remote. Peline Villa invites guests to experience history & authentic Dubrovnik with all modern amenities. Terracota tiles on the first and second storey in the halls give charachter and charm to the entrance and halls. Ambience is warm and earthy as well are the colours through the space. The lighting is modern yet reserved; maintaining the natural ambience with subtle highlights. Guest access All you need to know for happy and relaxing stay; -The House is situated in the Heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. -The easiest way to reach the House is from Buža gate (North gate of the Old town) which is the closest drop off if coming with my driver which I highly recommend. From the Buža gate there is 6,7 minutes walking distance to get to the property only on foot. If travelling with big suitcases definitely I recommend using porters service.
