-- THE PROPERTY --

Bedroom 1 (The Adventurers Master Suite): King Bed | Bedroom 2 (Naturalists Guest Room): Queen Bed | Bedroom 3 (Aqua Guest Room): Queen Bed | Clubhouse Loft: Twin Bunk Bed | Living Room: Full Sleeper Sofa | Additional Sleeping: 2 Air Mattresses (If Needed)

The property is generally quiet and towards the end of a street where kids can play without through-traffic. If you just want to read a book, the landing just below the loft is a great perch with a spectacular view of the Sherwin Mountains. The home feels cozy, quirky, safe, adventurous, open, and intimate all at once.

Inside, the acoustics are incredible due to the over 30-foot ceiling and multiple open levels. Utilize stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware in the fully equipped kitchen, whip up a gourmet feast, and sit down to share a family meal at the dining table overlooking the living room.

Afterward, head down to the large leather sectional and unwind in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a favorite show or movie playing on the flat-screen TV. Walk across the street before calling it a day and soothe aching muscles in the community spa and sauna.

When it's time for bed, Mammoth Lodge offers ideal sleeping arrangements for the whole family between a king-sized bed in the master suite, 2 rooms with queen beds, and some bunk beds up in the loft. In the morning, open the curtains and greet the day with mountain views before heading out on the next adventure!

-- THE LOCATION --

Mammoth Lodge lies just a short 5-minute drive to Eagle Lodge where you can start your day on Mammoth Mountain. You're also only a 5-minute drive to the Mammoth Village, Mammoth Brewery, the grocery store, and several great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, the west entrance of Majestic Yosemite National Park is a 45-minute drive from the property.

Hiking and fishing are right out the front door and across the street. In the winter, you can hit Mammoth or June Mountain on snowboards, or skis. Cross-country ski to Tamarack for dinner. Rent snowmobiles for a loop around mammoth or on a track north of town.

Take a 4-wheel drive out to the natural hot springs, or up the mountain to a secluded fishing spot. Rent or bring your mountain bikes and motorcycles to hit the tracks. Hike, fish, waterski, jetski, or relax with a book under a tree with a refreshing mountain breeze.
