A private balcony can be a great place to breakfast while reading the paper. The beach is only a short walk through the pool area (laundry facilities are here). You don't have to cross a parking lot to access miles of white sandy beach. Across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway, is the boat ramp/fishing dock.
