Keeping the noble elements of the past, the apartment was renovated by a famous French architect to add contemporary comfort to a heritage building. The apartment includes: - 1 Living room - 1 Dining rooms with 8 seats - 1 Fully equipped kitchen - 1 Shared bathroom (shower and toilet) - 2 Private bathrooms (see below) - 2 Separate toilets 3 bedrooms arranged as follows: - Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no toilet) - Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no toilet) - Bedroom 3 with a double bed - Living room convertible into a bedroom: sofa bed for two people The apartment is ideal for 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 people. To get the keys of the apartment: - You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building - The code will be given to you before your arrival - The door to your apartment is on the 1rst floor (elevator) I am very reactive for all your requests and can come easily if needed. This legendary avenue is a shopping paradise, home to luxury boutiques, renowned designer brands, cinemas, and elegant restaurants. It is also conveniently situated in close proximity to the world-renowned Louvre Museum and the enchanting Tuileries Gardens. Our neighborhood is home to numerous luxury boutiques and iconic names. Places like Laduree, famous for its exquisite macarons, are within easy reach. Renowned fashion houses, such as Hermès, Chanel, and Cartier, are just a stone's throw away from our apartment. Our neighborhood is very safe, given its close proximity to the Elysee Palace and the American Embassy. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am. We appreciate your cooperation regarding: - Taking care of the apartment The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition. Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage. After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released. - Respecting the House Rules Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises. No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment. No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am. No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises. In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept. Additionally, please note that: In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged. Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure. In order to guarantee compliance with these rules: - You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site - A separate deposit of 390 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
