No animals please 1920's original Florida pine cracker box style home. (nothing special). this is a private room and a shared house. Please, no animals. Other things to note There is a $40 locksmith/key replacement fee. Please keep all doors and windows locked. During your stay please take your trash to the exterior trash can, not the kitchen trash can. Upon checkout, do not strip bed. Return keys to where they were when you checked in. No guests is best. Please refrain from phone calls in common areas. If it is a shared bath, please be conscious about how much time you are spending in there. If you did not buy it, do not try it. While there is central heat and air, it is not like a hotel, may run hotter in the summer and colder in the winter.
