While the townhouse is private, we ask that all guests please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN requests: There is a $75 early check in fee which guarantees a 1 pm check in. You will need to arrange for this ahead of your arrival as early check in requests cannot always be accommodated. LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs may be requested 48 hours in advance of checkout but are not always guaranteed. Late checkout fee is $30/hr up to 1 pm, then the nightly rate is charged thereafter. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: We understand that sometimes travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure peace of mind and protect your trip investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This way, if any unforeseen changes or cancellations come up, you’ll have coverage and flexibility. Travel insurance can help with costs related to last-minute cancellations, delays, or emergencies, allowing you to focus on enjoying your stay to the fullest! NO PARTIES: While we've designed the space for groups to enjoy and have a good time, we do not allow events/parties due to airbnb and city restrictions on occupancy. Only the persons named in the listing may stay at Bubble Cowgirl, and we will ask you for the names of all individuals in the reservation before you check-in. NO PETS: We are a pet-free airbnb. We will welcome individuals with disabilities who require a dog guide/service animal. We will require any dog guides/service animals remain with their owner and handler at all times, and will not be left unattended, crated, etc. at the airbnb while you're out on the town.
