Downtown Denver is a 20–30-minute drive, and accessible by public transportation. Easy access to Red Rocks, Levitt Pavillion, and the Rocky Mountains! Inside the home, you’ll be delighted by a fully stocked modern kitchen. You’ll be welcomed by a basket of goodies, and toiletries available for items you may have forgotten. The home has full-sized washer/dryer, AC, a spacious, enclosed back yard with 6’ fence. The back patio has charming lighting, umbrella, grill, fire pit, and beautiful artificial turf for your furry family members to enjoy. Max 3 vehicles overnight. Children are welcome, but please be aware that the house is not child-proof, and no additional safety devices are installed for children. Please no smoking inside the house, but feel free to smoke outside. 420 friendly, but please be discreet and respectful of neighbors. The TV has an antenna to receive over-the-air local channels. It is also a smart TV on which you're welcome to log into any of your streaming services. Pets allowed with $60 additional cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets or service animals. Max 2 pets. Please be respectful of the neighbors, and adhere to city-mandated quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise and other complaints from neighbors will be taken seriously. Max overnight occupancy: 6 people including children per city ordinance. Max occupancy with visitors who do not stay overnight: 10 people, but please notify me of visitors ahead of time so I can be sure the overnight occupancy is being followed. No events or parties. Any guest over max occupancy is grounds for automatic cancellation and eviction with no refund. Access: You’ll be provided a code for the door locks prior to check-in time. There are two steps up to access both entrances to the home. A Ring video doorbell monitors the front porch, door, and lawn, which points away from the house, and the interiors are not in view of the camera.
