The flat is nice and quiet considering to be located very close to the best places within walking distance. It is very central, close to the park of Montjuic starting from the back of my street and within 25 min walking in the park you can get to the castle of Montjuic, the port and the famous Columbus Monument (10 min walk), the famous Rambla (15 min walk), the nearest beach, la Barceloneta (20 min walk) and of course the old city centre (El Gotico and El Born), (20 and 30 min walk). The space Spacious living room/kitchen area with its own balcony overlooking a quiet street. The bedroom is very small, but it's located on the quieter side of the flat, near another balcony with views of surrounding buildings. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, but the staircase is reasonably spacious and easy to climb.
