We have a Beautiful 6 Berth Caravan on Park Dean Resorts Camber Sands. Located in Maple Park - MP405. It benefits from a Gated Veranda with outside seating, plus parking a stones throw away. You can spend hours on the decking with a drink or take in the views at the award winning beach which is located across the road. The space It comprises of 1 spacious master room with KING SIZE bed, walk in wardrobe and space for a travel cot. One twin room and there is a sofa bed in the lounge area, the lounge is modern with plenty of seating. There is a 42’’ TV with Netflix & Disney in the lounge area, plus TV's in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, Air fryer and a full size fridge/ freezer. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. We have supplied a few essentials Tea, coffee and sugar Hot Salt and Pepper Washing up liquid, tea towels, cleaning cloths Kitchen Foil and food bags Cooking Oil Hand soap, toilet roll and Shower Gel Linen and beds made upon Request (small charge) Black bags Iron & ironing Board Hairdryer Board games, playing cards, colouring pads and pens Netflix & Disney Outdoor seating, Clothes Airer & Pegs Guest access Guest have access to the whole caravan and decking. Plus surrounding Green Space. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE - Any commercial or working vehicles including large vans aren’t allowed on park. Commercial vehicles will be turned away from the park and in this event no refund will be given. Entertainment passes will need to be purchased from Reception upon arrival. Towels are NOT provided.
