The space The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with four single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is offered with cookware and tableware, detergents for washing and cleaning, tea towels, tablecloth and paper napkin and paper roll, also available dishwasher with detergent in tablets. In the bathroom, the apartment is equipped with liquid soap, toilet paper refills, hairdryer and washing machine, including detergent and fabric softener. A blanket and duvet are available in the room for each bed. Guest access Guests can access the apartment from the main pedestrian entrance and also, for unloading luggage, from the garage. NB: It is not possible to park the car in the garage Other things to note The price does not include sheets, tablecloths, towels, electricity contributions (washing machine/dishwasher) and heating (during the winter period) However, disposable tablecloths and napkins are provided free of charge. The sheet kits are compulsorily provided by the Tana dell'Orso, for reasons of hygiene, but only a contribution is required for laundry and sanitization and ironing. Single sheet kit €15 each (per week) Double sheet kit €19 each (per week) They are provided on request with a fee for laundry, sanitization and ironing. Bathroom kit €15 each (bathrobe, large towel, small towel, and bidet). During the winter period, a contribution of €1.50 per day is required, to which the amount of €0.85 multiplied by the sum of the numbers detected on the heat meters of each radiator must be added. The numbers are the difference between what was detected at check-in and what was detected at check-out. For the use of the washing machine and dishwasher, a contribution of €2.00 is required as a reimbursement for electricity consumption and detergents (provided) for each individual use.
