Recently newly renovated apartment (95m²) equipped with all comforts and very practically furnished. Location is fantastic! Close to the beach (150m), close to city center (500m) and yet just outside the busy core. ALWAYS included in the price per stay: * all bedding (€45) + final cleaning (€49) * 6% VAT (law of 1 July 2022) > shown as "Taxes" For those who like to combine PC telework with enjoyment by the sea, there is a seating/stable desk. The space In the living room there is a large corner chair where you can watch your favorite TV channels or Netflix. In the open kitchen you will find everything to cook a nice meal. A Senseo and kettle provide tea and coffee. There is a large fridge and freezer to store all your food and cool drinks. A dishwasher is also at your disposal. For those who like to combine telework with enjoyment after that, we have provided a sitting/stable desk in the children's room. It has a 24-inch screen and ergonomic holder for your laptop next to it. Ergonomic desk chair, mouse and keypad are provided. Fast (Telenet) internet connection via WiFi, but also a fixed UTP connection available. In addition to WiFi, you can also use a fixed UTP connection (cat6a) for a second person who wishes to work remotely, in addition to WiFi. This way your family can already go to the beach while you fulfill your professional obligations! This way you can connect the useful ones to the pleasant on the coast. Since you can stay in this spacious apartment with 7 people (+1 baby), you can meet up here with friends or family and enjoy the fun things in life. Children should not cross street or tram tracks to go to the beach from the apartment, just follow the footpath and around the corner they are there. Baby (0-2 years) stays free of charge. A cot, mattress and high chair are provided. Everything is new. Guest access You have the entire apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment consists of a living room with sitting area, UHD Smart TV 50" and spacious dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, induction hob, sink and dishwasher. Also spacious fridge and freezer available. The bathroom has a spacious shower and double sink. The other areas are the entrance hall, a separate toilet, children's room and terrace. Other things to note INCLUDED in the price: • Final Cleaning conducted by a professional company • All bed linen are provided. Per person booked, a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, summer duvet and duvet autumn is provided per person booked (can be found in the closet depending on the season). The pillows are equipped with pillow twin for your hygiene. The mattresses have a mattress protector anti house mites and a separate special mattress protector. The single beds are 90x200cm and the double bed is 180x200cm. • Kitchen towel 45x60cm 2 pieces per stay up to 4 days or 4 pieces per stay up to 8 days • Dishwasher tablets (1 per day of stay) • Tourist tax for all guests • VAT 6% (mandatory tax since July 1, 2022 because you are purchasing bedding service) • Normal electricity, gas and water consumption - Think of the environment!
