This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the condo association forms, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. SunHost allows smoking on the private balcony but smoking is not allowed inside this condominium. Large beach side pool and hot tub.
