Guest access As a guest with us you will have access to everything the Clemenskvartalet (the apartment building where the apartment is located) has to offer. It includes full access to the apartment and several common roof terraces (a total of 7!) with lots of sun and great views, bicycle shed, garage facilities with car sharing service from Hyre, as well as hobby rooms. Otherwise, you get access to a great backyard with green areas, which also has a small playground for children, as well as a ping pong table.
