Our cozy cottage is walking distance to shops, beaches, boardwalk, waterfront restaurants, Tiki bar and bier garden, park, pool and historic Rye Playland amusement park. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It's a short drive to our quaint town with boutiques for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from or jump on Metronorth for a train ride to the city. Finish the day with a barbeque or relax by the fire table in our cozy outdoor space. The space There are two homes on the property. The cottage is tucked away behind the main house. I live in the front house but guarantee privacy to our guests during their stay. Guest access Your stay includes exclusive use of the entire back house and the outdoor space with lounge, grill and dining area for the duration of your stay. There is parking for two cars on the left-hand side of the driveway. Other things to note There is a step up onto a small patio to enter the front door of the home and two steps inside to enter the living area from the entry hall. There is a side door in the kitchen with two steps to the outside. We welcome families but please note that our cottage has not been child-proofed. Parents are responsible for keeping their children supervised and safe during their stay.
