Upper level has mini-split (mural) A/C, no A/C needed on basement level, is always cool. This is a perfect home for up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. This place is not set-up for infants at the present time. There is a dedicated workspace in a common area well set-up for working, has 2 monitors and docking station ready for your laptop. Check yourself in with the smartlock. Kitchen essentials included: basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, aluminum foil, dish soap, dish washer capsules and coffee filters. Very confortable sofas-recliners, living room chairs, kitchen stools and dining room chairs. A basic provision of coffee will be provided to get you started, please bring your own brand, it is difficlt to please all tastes. Shampoo, conditioner and body gel is provided. Again, often you may have personal choices, if you bring your own there will be no deceptions. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the garage and certain storage areas. Ground floor : 1 bedroom with queen bed, complete bathroom with large shower, kitchen and livingroom with Roku enabled 48'' TV. Basement level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with double bed, complete bathroom with shower and bathtub and additional livingroom space including office area an 58'' smart TV. Other things to note NO PETS ! - NO SMOKING ! - No PARTIES! Kindly remove your shoes upon entering. Please advise if you break or spill anything, we prefer knowing in advance in order to take corrective action if necessary and mitigate expenses. There is no cable TV! 1 TV -48'' with Roku device (roku sound bar) on grould level. ROKU device set-up in guest mode, you can sign in to your subsciptions and be automatically signed-out at 11:00 am on your check-out date. 1 smart TV 58'' on lower level, you log in to your Netflix, Prime, Crave etc. accounts and sign-out before you leave.
