There is a dedicated work-space/desk area and a smart TV to chill & unwind. The patio area in front of our unit belongs to us and our guests. Location does not get any better than this, as there are TONS of spectacular restaurants & breweries to choose from. All the food, fun, activity, & entertainment is right here. OTR is 0.25-0.5 to the Central Business District & .075-1 mile to the Banks waterfront area. And don't forget that you are only 2-2.5 miles across the ohio river to NKY [northern KY ], the Bourbon capital, and home to Newport on the Levee, Mainstrasse Village & downtown Covington. More delicious restaurants/bars/entertainment paired with the gorgeous Cincy Skyline Views. **everything is within walking distance **streetcar is 1 block away, this hop-on/hop-off ( 3.6 miles loop ) ride will take you from the vibrant OTR thru to Cincy’s Central Business District and down to the Banks (riverfront area of downtown, about 0.75miles to the Banks, which is now a DORA district: meaning you can walk around with alcoholic beverages.
