A staircase leads to the next floor where there is another living room with a sofa bed, Tv and a fireplace. In the same room there is another dining table and in the extension there is a fully equipped kitchen where preparing meals will be a real pleasure. There is an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave and a large fridge. The kitchen has access to the terrace with an outdoor barbecue area, while both living rooms have access to separate terraces overlooking the olive grove. On the 1st floor of the villa you will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are modern and airy.
