Just a quick walk to Duval Street for dining spots and shopping and Higgs Beach, you'll have a wide array of fun-filled attractions at your fingertips. Walk to see the Southernmost Point or visit the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Street parking is available.

Wake up with a robust cup of coffee out on the patio and connect to the free WiFi to check out the forecast for the day. Lounge by the shared pool for an afternoon. Use the shared grill to show off your BBQ skills while the shared washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. End the day by catching up on your favorite cable show on the plush couch before heading to bed.

This family-friendly Florida vacation makes it easy to enjoy it all, plus the family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Street Parking ONLY. There is parking available on Vernon St and Alberta St on a first come-first serve basis, not assigned. The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
