Entertain with ease by opening the sliding glass doors to the back terrace, which is home to a swimming pool (unheated), a gas grill, dining and lounge spaces, and views of the surrounding palms. The back patio also features a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable for endless entertainment! As the sun begins to set over the desert, you can dine outdoors at golden hour, toss the day's swimsuits in the laundry room, and unwind in front of the cable-equipped flatscreen TV in the living room. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is no garage parking for guests. There is room for 2-3 cars on the drive and space on the street for one more car. Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking on the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
