The space Our fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, cookware/utensils, a coffee station to get you started, and bar table seating for four. Just load them up in the beach wagon and embrace the coastal lifestyle without the hassle or extra expenses. CHECK IN - IF SELF CHECK IN Check in is anytime after 3pm. Early check In: If our home can be ready before 3pm, we may be able to do an early check in for you. The early check in rate will be $25/hour for any hour before 3pm. If you are interested in an early check in, please message us via your booking platform after 9am on the day of your check in. Let us know the time you would like to check in. If available, times will be (10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, or 2pm) If your time is available, we will confirm with you and then send you a request for payment via your booking platform or credit card (if you booked directly with us). Once payment is received, we will message you the door code for entry at your requested time. •Check out is strictly before 11am. Late checkout is not allowed. No exceptions. CHECK OUT Late checkout is not available. There will be no exceptions made. You are guests of our property and by accepting this reservation, you agree to vacate our home at or before 11am on the day of your check out. Failure to vacate our home by 11am on the day of your checkout means that you agree to pay a rate of $100/hour AND 3X the normal daily rental amount for any time in which you go past the 11am checkout time. If you fail to vacate, we reserve the right to immediately notify police, physically remove you from our property, file criminal trespassing charges against you, charge your credit card, and file civil complaints against you for monetary damages. CAPACITY •Please do not go over the maximum occupancy of our home at any time for any reason. Doing so will result in a charge of $300 per extra person per day. DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS If anything is damaged or missing from our home, you will be responsible for repaying the cost of the missing items + the shipping, handling, time, and any arrangements needed to resolve the situation. DISCOUNTS We are a professional company that offers no haggle pricing. As you can see from our reviews and hospitality experience, we offer an extremely competitive and excellent rate based on our location, accommodations, amenities, furnishings, and customer service. Our lowest rate is always shown online when you choose the dates that you want. In addition, we have an automatic discount for stays of 7 days and longer as well as a discount for returning guests. GENERAL lf you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. HOUSEKEEPING & EXCESSIVE CLEANING There is no daily housekeeping service. Our home is cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. Our cleaning fee covers the standard wear and tear of staying in our home. This is satisfactory 99% of the time. If excessive cleaning is required by our cleaning staff, we will charge an additional excessive cleaning fee. ID REQUIREMENT If booking via the Airbnb platform, your ID must be verified with Airbnb at the time of booking. If you are booking outside of the Airbnb platform, (IE VRBO/Expedia), we will require a copy of the reservation holder's drivers license and credit card uploaded to us via a secure form within 72 hours of booking. ID and credit card names must match. All info is deleted upon your departure. Thank you for your cooperation. LIABILITY We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Please be extremely careful when climbing stairs and any ladders leading to lofts in the home. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. LONG TERM STAYS Stays of 28 days or longer will be considered for guests (outside the states of California & Washington) that have previously stayed with us on multiple occasions without any issues and/or guests on the Airbnb platform who have a long record of 5 star reviews. The final price of long term stays (including any discounts) is shown when you choose your dates. Please send us an inquiry if you would like to stay with us for more than 28 days. LUGGAGE/BELLMAN There are two recommended services that provide convenient luggage storage in the city. You can book luggage storage with them (on-demand online) and leave/pickup your luggage in any of their secure storage locations at any time that is convenient for you. The companies are called Bagbnb & Radical Storage MINIMUM AGE The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old to book and stay in our home. NOISE & DECORUM This is not a party location. This is a residential home with neighbors who enjoy peace and quiet. Loud noise and/or loud music is not allowed in the home at any time. In addition, please be very respectful in the hallways, amenity areas, and public areas in and around the home. PACKAGES & MAIL Packages cannot be delivered to the home. You can, however, send packages or mail to our local UPS store, Fedex Store, or have it held at UPS or the US Post office for you to pickup. If it is an Amazon package, you have have Amazon send it to a local Amazon locker for you to pick up. Please check with these companies to find the solution that works best for you. PARKING •If you have a reserved parking spots, please make sure that you only park in your assigned spot and that the parking pass (if necessary) is clearly visible at all times; or you will be immediately towed by the building. We are not responsible for any towing fees incurred during your stay. PETS Pets are usually not allowed in our home unless otherwise permitted in our listing description. If pets are permitted, there will be a pet fee of $199 per reservation (up to 2 pets.) The pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Please do not let your pets climb on top of the furniture or damage our home. If your pets shed any hair, please clean up after them. You will be responsible for any excessive cleaning fees or damage caused by your pets. Thank you so much. PREMISES On some occasions, the maintenance staff or members of our own staff may need to access the inside of the home. We shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. We will also give you advance notice whenever possible. REMEDY & REFUNDS If you are unhappy about the property or your stay, you are not entitled to a refund. Instead, we will work to fix the problem. If something needs to be remedied in the property or you are unhappy with the property, please let us know immediately and we will send whomever is necessary to remedy the situation. If a reservation holder or guest notifies us or the booking platform that they are unhappy about something in the unit, we have the right to enter the unit to remedy the situation. If a guest refuses to let us remedy the situation, the guest will have broken our house rule and is therefore not entitled to any compensation or remedy of any kind. Refunds will not be given to guests who request a refund without giving us the chance to remedy the situation. Refunds will not be given to guests who bring up a problem with the property or their stay after they have already checked out or at a point in which it is too late for us to remedy the situation. If a guest leaves any reservation early without an approved alteration by us, they will not be given any any type of refund or compensation. TERMS OF STAY Your check in and checkout dates will be stated on the booking channel in which you booked your reservation. You are commercial guests of our property and are allowed to enter our home after 3pm on the day of your check in. Late check out is not available. By accepting this reservation, you agree to vacate our home before 11am on the day of your check out. If your trip is cancelled during our stay, (whether by you, the booking platform, or by us) your reservation is over. Failure to vacate our home when necessary (either by checkout time or if your trip is cancelled) means that you agree to pay a rate of $100/hour AND 3X the normal daily rental amount for any time in which you go past the 11am checkout time. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS Booking for a friend or family member? (not allowed) •It is against both the booking platform and our rules for individuals to book for other individuals. If you are looking to book for someone else, please consider buying them a gift card. The reservation holder must be staying in the home and present at check in with a valid ID that matches the name on their reservation in order to receive the keys.
