An EV charger is also available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home (and the outdoor space!), plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? You can rent a golf cart and have it delivered to the house when you arrive if you don’t want to drive your car. Bicycles are also available for rent. ✹ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. ✹ For security purposes there are exterior only video cameras on premises including coverage of front door/front of home and pool/spa/Tampa Bay. Located on the exclusive, quiet north end of Anna Maria, we are conveniently located between the brand-new Anna Maria City Pier and famed Rod & Reel Pier (which has been serving great food and drinks since 1947), as well as Bean Point, Bayfront Park, and all of the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. We have a 2 car garage (with a 240v NEMA-1450 outlet to charge your electric car) as well parking in the driveway. The city of Anna Maria has strict no parking on one side of the street. In addition, you can rent a golf cart or bicycles to get around the island. However, once you check in and see the views and everything there is to do in and around the house, you probably won't want to leave. :)
