Ideally located close to the city center, 50 m from a Monoprix, a bank and a pharmacy, 600 m from Place Kleber and 800 m from the Cathedral, this comfortable and bright apartment will be your ideal base to discover the city on foot. The basics will be provided for your arrival: oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar A Monoprix 50 m from the apartment, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, will allow you to refuel according to your tastes. *Wi-Fi via fiber in the apartment ***We do not charge a cleaning fee but simply ask that you leave the apartment clean (a cordless vacuum cleaner is at your disposal), dishes done and put away, garbage cans emptied. If, however, you do not wish to take care of this, an extra €20 will be charged upon arrival*** It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed for hygiene and allergen reasons. Parties are forbidden. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. We do everything we can to welcome you in person and answer any questions you may have upon your arrival and departure.
