This newly renovated unit is appointed with 1 queen-size comfortable mattress with always fresh bedding. We added a comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table to enjoy watching your favorite TV program. The kitchenette has a glass top burner stove with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It is also well stocked with silverware, dinnerware, and cookware. The bathroom has a very nice shower and toilet complete with basic essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towel, and many more! Beach Essentials provided: ✔ Beach chairs ✔ Beach towels Guest access The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenience stores (including in the building, 6th floor), eateries, and boutique shops all within the same block. So, walking is great! Also, in the same block is the city bus stop called "The Bus" where you can go anywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee applies) that is offered at various pick-up points near by. Uber and other local taxis are always an option too! If you have a car, there are a lot of parking garage/lots nearby the area too. Other things to note *Notice: To ensure the property remains in excellent condition, the building management periodically schedules essential maintenance, including pest control, window cleaning, emergency water shutoffs for repairs, and other necessary work. While we may not always know the exact schedule at the time of booking, we will promptly inform guests if any scheduled maintenance is expected to impact their stay. As part of this important process, the access gate to the Pool/Jacuzzi Deck area will be locked and secured and ALL of the area’s amenities will NOT BE available for use.
