This stunning four bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks to high School and Junior high and right off Country Club Road. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 4 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Outdoor covered patio with fire pit. Upscale restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO SHOES* The space This is a 4000 square foot elegantly finished and new home. Decorations are from Restoration Hardware and everything is very high end. The covered patio includes a gas firepit, gas barbeque and high end outdoor furniture. This is our personal home and has all our nice furnishings. Sonos Surround Sound system, Jura Coffee maker etc. We ask you to take great care of our home and our wonderful neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask you to show the upmost respect to our neighbors. Quiet time is 9pm to 7am (including no loud activities on the patio). There is an entire one bedroom suite on the same floor as the garage which does NOT require climbing stairs. This room is very accessible and has its own Bathroom/Shower, Wet Bar, TV and brand new Stearns and Foster King bed. Great for the parents or those with mobility challenges. 2 Blocks to Lake Oswego High school and Junior High. Right in the middle of everything Lake Oswego. We do have a Firepit in the back yard. Other things to note Our home is so nicely furnished and nothing is cheap. Our cleaners are immaculate and you will feel very comfortable here. Airbnb charges and collects occupancy taxes for Lake Oswego and State of Oregon. We have also added another tax that we are required to collect and remit to Clackamas county which is an additional 6% occupancy tax.
