The modern kitchen consists of an in-built fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hotplate. Also available is an espresso machine with pods, toasters, cutlery, and pots and pans. A breakfast bench, with 4 stools, separates the kitchen from the lounge area. The lounge area has an L shaped sofa, a modern coffee table, and a Samsung QLED 65-inch smart tv connected to the WIFI.
