After register with the security guard, you may collect the key in the mailbox. ( we are provided 2 sets of the key ) Extra key set will be provide upon request. Is subject to availability . Check in / out time :- Our check in time is at 3pm onward Our check out time is 11-12pm max. Early check in and late check out can be arranged. Exchange for the bath towels upon request for guest stay 4days and above. 2.Cleaning fee is charged one time based on /per check out. We would like to highlight that our cleaning dee is to cover the comprehensive laundering of all the bedding, including duvet cover , pillowcases and bedsheets to ensure that each guest enjoys fresh , hygienic linen with no item reused. Additionally, the cleaning fee ensures that the unit thoroughly cleaned and tidied , ready for a comfortable and pleasant stay. 3.Kitchen able for light cooking ( Only light cooking allowed ) 4.Strictly no smoking inside the unit (Composed will be fine RM 200) 5. No drugs , pets and strong odor substances. 6. No parties or events allowed.
