The space Located in the heart of Anniston. The home features an open concept living area and kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen and one full), and a full bath. We purchased the home in 2022 and did a complete renovation. There is plenty of natural light, central air conditioning/heat pump, and a ceiling fan in each bedroom and in the open living area. We are still working on furnishing, so the living room currently contains only a couch (with more furniture coming in late October), but the bedrooms are fully furnished. Bedrooms contain all new furniture and mattresses. There is a SmartTV in the living area, and WiFi (high-speed). Guest access You will have the entire home to yourselves. The home is accessed via an electronic keypad on the front door. The back door opens to a separate, locked storage area (accessed only from outside; it does not connect to the rest of the house) that can be used to store bikes, golf clubs, and other large items. There is a 2-vehicle carport that is accessed via an alley that runs behind the house. Other things to note While we allow up to 2 small dogs (up to 20 lbs each), we are unable to accommodate cats due to allergies.
