Nice compact space in an historic downtown building in Boone. Coin operated laundry, elevator, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout the common areas, semi-secured building. This will sleep 4 (full/double/standard beds) but there are just two beds. The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building. The space Comfy newer apartment in a really cool old building. 4th floor (there is an elevator!!), semi-secured building, on-site management 8-5, M-F, coin op laundry. Guest access Shops, restaurants, banks, post office and groceries are all just a couple of blocks away. For longer stays, sheets will be changed and a light cleaning is done every two weeks.
