Extra linens can be found in the entertainment center drawer in the main floor living room Living Room 1 First Floor: 55" Roku tv. Comfy seating on a soft leather couch, and 2 vintage chairs, coffee table, end table and entertainment center equipped with games for the family. 2 lamps with charging stations. Living Room 2 Upstairs: 55" Roku Tv. Loveseat and additional sitting chair. All Roku TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Master Bathroom First Floor and second full bathroom upstairs with stand-up shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and feminine care products. Disposable Makeup towels are available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers. All bedrooms include additional towel hooks as bathrooms have limited space for drying towels. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using the hexclad style pots and pans. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher liquid soap, dish soap and toilet paper are stocked. The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 6 with chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! A Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available. We provide a starter set fresh local roasted beans and grinder, k-cup coffee, tea, cream, sugar and stevia. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. Both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked. An iron and ironing board are also available. Gas grill, firepit, table, and chairs available for you to enjoy some grill and chill time in the spacious yard. Yard games can be found in the shoe sofa inside the entry door. You are only a block from the heart of downtown, 2 blocks from the lake and riverway, 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Marble Park with plenty of areas to play and swim. The driveway offers 2-3 parking spots, please do not block the sidewalk as the police will issue a ticket. Street parking is available on both Prospect in the grassy area and 34th st. The garage is not available to guests. NOTE: Street parking in the winter is prohibited per city ordinamnce.
