Private one bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen, breakfast nook, family room and spacious bedroom. Relax on the large front porch and enjoy being immersed in nature. The home is located less than 2 minutes from Lake Murray Dam. There is parking on site for a boat/trailer. 15 min to Columbia. *No smoking / No parties. The space The Little House on Lincreek is located on 7 private acres of woodland a short distance from our home. The space is calm and serene perfect for a lazy afternoon and close to multiple amenities if you are looking for a little adventure. Guest access You will have access to the entire little house, porch and surrounding woods. The home has a private drive and parking area with ample room to turn around/ park a boat trailer. Other things to note Because we live on property you may encounter our sweet animals. We have a loving and energetic dog and a curious cat. There are also habitats for our tortoises and three funny chickens.
