Living on the flats allows for a perfect starting point to ride your cruiser bike and paddleboard Okanagan Lake! Not to mention, just down the hill from World famous Summerhill organic winery. The space This house adheres to the current Kelowna STR rules and regulations and has a valid business license to operate. The house itself has been updated and functions well for families or couples. The dinning room opens up to a large fully fenced backyard perfect for the kids to play in. Kelowna has gorgeous weather, and outdoor living is crucial! A gas fire pit table will set the ambiance for a beautiful BBQ. Just don't forget its a family friendly neighbourhood, and to respect the neighbours (who are awesome BTW) quiet time is 10PM. House is also pet friendly at owners discretion. Guest access Guests will have full access to entire house except the garage and basement. There is a full time tenant in a suite adjacent to the house above the garage. They have a separate entrance and their own parking space. Other things to note As a host and guest I feel that it's important to be able to offer a property that offer cleaner living spaces. As a host, we offer and use non-toxic cleaners, hypo-allergenic soaps and detergents, and other various plant based (chemical free) products. I provide a water cooler so guests don’t have to buy bottled water, or shampoo, conditioner and soap. All sheets are organic cotton, and laundry detergent is also chemical free (we support Mint cleaning products from Canada). Enjoy!
