House conveniently is on St Rt 79 (or Hebron Rd) which is close to everything from grocery, mall, industrial parks, north shore of Buckeye Lake (4.5 miles), National Trails Raceway, Boeing, etc. One pet under 30 lbs accepted w/pet fee. Full kitchen. The space Living room area has smart TV and a computer desk/chair for working. The hall closet and walkup attic space from door in kitchen are locked for personal use. The vintage wood stove in kitchen is not for use. It’s across the street from Sunbelt Rental & a few houses away from Red Dot Storage. Thanks to the great feedback & reviews from our guests, we have added AC to the bedrooms. This should make your stay more comfortable. We want your stay to be comfortable & pleasant so when making a reservation, please indicate by selecting the correct number of guests and indicating a pet is staying so that we provide you with enough towels, essentials, etc. If reservation states one person, we do not leave extra towels. One pet only is accepted. If more than one pet ask first. Additional fee will be charged if we approve a second pet or if we approve a pet over the 30 lb limit. Guest access Private driveway fits 3-4 vehicles but do not block the drive beside that leads to the business behind. Other things to note There is usually firewood at the end of the yard under a tarp for the fire pit. If the grill happens to run out of propane, just call or message & we will bring a full tank. Only four miles to Buckeye Lake Winterfest. When reserving, you must indicate on the selection drop down the exact number of guest & if a pet is staying. Without this information, we can not leave enough towels & essentials to make your stay pleasant. We try to leave enough paper products for a few days along with laundry & dish soap. We do not allow local guests unless you have a good reason.
