Reservations with Trip-Protection receive a 60% refund when cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to scheduled check-in. Trip-Protection is an optional added cost of 6% of the booking total, and must be elected within 48 hours of booking and no less than 30 days prior to checkin. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit "might" be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit.
