Once inside the home, you will immediately notice the Elevator with Service to ALL Floors, the vaulted ceilings, beautiful carpentry and interior design, and the quality craftsmanship and spacious feel of the home that includes a Great Room that contains the kitchen, living, and dining areas, a Club Room on the second level of living, and 7 Bedrooms and 7.5 Baths throughout the home. The home comfortably sleeps 18 people in Beds. You'll also notice the Free WiFi, with quality service throughout the home including the outside areas. Also, the location is in the heart of Siesta Key Village and you're only a few houses from the beach, and only 2 houses from the entrance to Siesta Key Village. The Ground Level: features covered parking for 2 Vehicles, with the Driveway accommodating another 2 vehicles depending on size; it also features the pool area, covered patio with sunken living room and dry bar-bar top-and table top seating for 12, BBQ, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's 2 living levels above. The First Living Level (2nd Floor): you'll find the Main Great Room. This room features a Large Kitchen, Dining area with a dining table for 10 people, Bar Seating for 5, and a Living Room with a Smart TV and ample seating as well. The Balcony on this level on the front of the home has peaking Gulf Views down Columbus Drive and tables and chairs. There is also a rear deck overlooking the pool that features an outdoor sofa, chairs, coffee table, and a bench. There are 3 Bedrooms on this floor including the Master Bedroom. The Master has a King Bed with 'his and her' walk-in closets, and an oversized En Suite Bathroom with double vanities, a large 'wet room' with separate shower and free standing bath tub, and a private water closet. The other 2 Bedrooms have King Beds and En Suite Bathrooms with walk-in showers. The Second Living Level (3rd Floor): features a Club Room - with a wet bar that has bar seating for 8 people, a living area (contains queen sleeper sofa) with large TV, Gaming Consoles - Nintendo and PS4, and balcony access with views of the City and the Gulf of Mexico and a seating for 4 or more people. There are also 4 bedrooms on this floor; 3 of which feature King Beds with En Suite Baths and walk-in showers, and the final bedroom is the Bunk Room with 2 Full over Full Bunk Beds and an En Suite Bath that is shared with the Club Room. PARKING: 2 Car Covered Parking, and 2 cars in the driveway MAX; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota County. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
