Cottage in Chertsey

Les Chalets du Lac Grenier offers 7 luxury cottages for rent located on a 35 acre waterfront estate. Our cottages are completely furnished and are available for rental year round. All our cottages are waterfront, on large wooded lots (averaging 51,000 square feet each). The resort is one hour's drive from Montreal in Lanaudière. An outdoor spa is located on the resort. It is opened year round and has an exceptional view of the lake. It is available to all our clients of the resort. The space Private Island!! This century old 3 bedroom cottage is built on a private island. The cottage was completely renovated in 2006 in such a way as to maintain the historical cachet of the house. A spa, an skating rink (on the lake), a children's outdoor playset and trails for hiking or snow shoeing are available directly on the resort. These services are shared with the other clients of the resort and are located on the mainland and not directly on the island. Guest access In the summer, a rowboat is provided to get to the island. It is only about 120 feet to cross from dock to dock and thus access is relatively quick and easy. In the winter, the island is accessible by walking on the ice. There is only about 120 feet of ice to cross. The ice is checked regularly and snow removed with a tractor. The cottage is located on a small resort with 6 other cottages. You can find the directions to the resort by searching Les Chalets du Lac Grenier in Google Maps. On the day of your arrival, you may go directly to the cottage which you rented. Once on the resort, follow the directions for Chalet de l'Île. The cottage will be ready at 4pm and the door will be left unlocked. The keys and a booklet will be left on the kitchen table in which you will find information on the cottage and resort (WiFi, Spa, wood supply, etc).
