When it's time to rest, head to the large master bedroom, where you'll find a comfortable California king bed with a Serta memory foam mattress. The modern en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, steam shower, and double vanity, while the huge master sitting area is perfect for a friendly game of pop-shot basketball or for accommodating extra guests on a full-size pull-out couch. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill shower and separate tub, but each side has its own vanity and toilet (please note that there's a 250lb weight limit on the top bunk). Here are a few of the rules we enforce: -NO PARTIES. Any guests who throw an unauthorized party will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and charged a $2,500 fee to pay for any additional cleaning, steam cleaning of floors & furniture, and security utilization for removal from property -No smoking of any kind is allowed in the apartment. We want to keep our space clean and fresh for all guests. There is a $1,500 fee charged to any guest smoking in the unit to pay for extra cleaning and odor solutions -Please be respectful of the space and the other guests staying in the building. We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. -We provide linens and towels for your stay, but please do not remove them from the apartment. We want to ensure that they're available for all guests to use. -Finally, please treat our space as you would your own.
