Guests at Bamboo 1 at Tiki Moon Villas have access to complimentary kayaks, boogie boards, and portable beach chairs. Washer & dryer access with soap provided. A private patio overlooks the main garden and ocean. A hammock by the sea is available for your pleasure under the Coconut trees. About 3/4 of an acre (0.75 acres) make up the lush ocean side gardens. We are available to show guests to their bungalows as needed. We also can be as private as you like: before you arrive as a guest you will be emailed specific instructions about your rental, parking, entry codes, places to dine, grocery stores etc...You may enter your bungalow without assistance but staff is nearby on grounds to help as needed. First of all: RENTAL CAR We recommend getting a rental car, a hire car. It is easy and fairly cheap. TAXI Hire a taxi: about $120 one way. These 1st two options are your choices if you have heavy luggage. UBER: is not an option from the airport at the moment. THE BUS SYSTEM If you are packing light ( a bag that fits on your lap or a back pack) and on a budget, DaBus.org is a cheap way to see, get here and leave here. Price: $2.75 per person! About a 2+ hour tour from the airport. Get a transfer ticket at Ala Moana Shopping Center. From there Bus #60 will take you straight here. Download the following app from Google Play Store: "DaBus - The Oahu Bus App" . The bus will drop you off at Polynesian Cultural Center, on a few steps across the street from Tiki Moon Villas! You can tour the island on the Bus as it picks you up going North or South on Kamehameha Hwy. The Bus announces each point of interest and we have had many guests do this with great success.
