The heated-salt-water pool is surrounded by a large deck to relax! Lounge chairs, huge gazebo with a nice grill and chairs to relax and share a drink. We are very close to Wilton Manors and just a few minutes from the ocean and Fort Lauderdale. We are about 20 mn drive from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The space The studio has his own private entrance and private bathroom. Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), small fridge, microwave and dishes/silverware provided. We also have umbrellas, beach chairs and beach/pool towels. There is a desk if you have to work after the beach... Free parking. Smoking is allowed outside only. Guest access Please read: Our house is a Duplex. We live in one of them all year round. The studio is part of our place. There is also another apartment, for 4 people max, also listed on Airbnb. You will share the pool with us and other potential guests or friends. We will set up a personal code for you to open the main gate and the studio door during your stay. Other things to note Male only/Clothing optional. Security cameras, ONLY outside the house. No noise after 9pm. No parties, No events Sorry, but inflatable tubes, inflatable boats, rafts and pool noodles are not permitted if not coast guard approved. Deck and sidewalks may be slippery when wet! Proceed with caution. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk!
