Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties & Management Our washer & dryer, as well as patio and BBQ are shared occasionally with the property owners. Tower 17 Properties & Management welcomes interactions with our guests and has a staff member available seven days a week to provide tips & recommendations on local restaurants, activities & excursions. Additionally, to insure our guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask that you communicate directly with our team regarding questions, comments or needs. We look forward to assisting you on your next beach vacation. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Please review house rules regarding Noise, Pets, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - This is for unit A and C in a multi-family home. - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. - Property Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am - Patio Hours 7:00am - 9:00pm Only. - Overnight AND Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management. - Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay. - Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house. - Parking on the Street/Parking Lot Only - Property owner's use the upper unit facing the Ocean and may at times enjoy the patio and BBQ.
