This Red Whale Rentals property is a refreshingly open, two-story house that was meticulously designed by owner and long-time reputable designer Michele Campbell • She poured her passion for creating beautiful spaces into every detail of this home. Red Whale Rentals has ten properties ~~ all of which are steps from one another! We have and will welcome everyone, from the couple hoping for a romantic staycation, to large groups of 25 people scattered across all of our close properties! Mount Adams is an easy town to nestle down in - without ever needing to leave! All that you need is right outside your door! Truly, you will find we have everything! From eateries, pubs, museums, and magnificent churches - to parks, a locally-owned art gallery, a dry cleaner, coffee shop and wine bar, and a friendly ice cream shop/mini market. Mt. Adams also boasts The Cincinnati Art Museum, a man-made lake, the “Playhouse in the Park” theatre, an outdoor concert venue, icecream shop, various vantage points for incredible city and river views, and dog-friendly drinkeries! There is also continuous live music in various spots around our village. If you decide to venture outside our neighborhood, we are a 2-3 minute drive from the Casino, a large movie theatre, the Newport Aquarium, Krohn Conservatory, and Downtown Cincinnati (which itself is the home of places such as Saks Fifth Avenue, various 5-star restaurants, etc.!) Lastly for the organic-minded - we have Rooted Juicery, Maplewood, and Sleepy Bee - all downtown to enjoy! We are moments from the highway, but to walk to downtown and enjoy the city from a new vantage point, you can take the series of “Mt. Adams Steps” that wind through and take you down. The guest has front door access to the entire home, with parking spaces just seconds from the front door. Our Red Whale Rentals office is in the heart of Mt. Adams, just around the corner from these properties! We strive to be extremely accessible and responsive. The designer behind Red Whale Rentals knows the city well, and frequently visits the best new bars and eateries to provide the best activity and entertainment recommendations for our guests! Mt. Adams is a picturesque, charming and upscale neighborhood that sits on the hillside overlooking the heart of the city - giving you stunning views of the the city skyline as well as the banks of the Ohio River! Home to a charming, vacation-like town square with cafes, pubs, chic eateries, terraces overlooking the city and great brunch spots - all with unbelievable views! - Uber! Average wait time is 2-5 minutes on the hill. - Cincinnati street car (Cincinnati Bell connector) - Several series of scenic steps leading off of the hill into the heart of downtown Cincinnati for a fun and explorative walk - rental bikes and the fun “Bird” and “Lime “ adult scooters Please Note: You will see in our HOUSE RULES that we do not rent "Party Houses" and that we are very strict in limiting the persons on the property to the exact guests you book for. We ask that nobody outside of the original “agreed-upon” group enter the property, regardless of how long they will be there.
