I have explored, surfed, hiked, and swam through these waters for the last 31 years. Come and see Oahu from a different, but adventurous perspective! With this rental you will receive fresh linen, 2pillows/guest, a soft blanket, and a 3" foam mattress to ensure that you get restful night of sleep. Adventure awaits! Brand new tent placed on! Our vehicle allows you to roam the island (not a fixed location) and have a nice tent set up all in one! Never worry about breakdowns in this safe and quiet vehicle. Safety check, registration, oil change and other car maintenance are always up to date. Set up includes: 2-20 oz. Yeti Rumblers for hot or cold beverages, cooler, Coleman stovetop, Bodum French press coffee maker, 2 Stanley pot and bowls, plates, tongs, utensils, kitchen knives, strainer, can opener, veggie/fruit peeler, 2 pillows per guest, 2 towels per guest, fresh linen, soft blanket, 2 camp chairs, photo-worthy Sunday Supply Co. beach umbrella, dry bag, hamper bag, first aid kit, 2 headlights and 1 medium handheld flashlight, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, 2 snorkel sets, 2 person hammock with mosquito net and rain cover, a 2 step all aluminum step stool and 2 hiking guides/books for Oahu trails. Bring or rent boards up to 9' 6" and you will be able to place these comfortably in the car and lock them up if you ever need to. Runner will be able to fit up to 2 longboards max or 3-4 shorter boards. Also a good option for just a rental car where you can blend in with the locals 🤙 ********* PS: I have revamped.The tent is brand new and I will be only be renting to guests who have insurance with US companies or ALLIANZ. I I have allotted quite a few freebies to guests in the past, but unfortunately people have taken advantage. Check ins will be in person only between the hours of 3-6pm. If you decide you want to pick up earlier than this, you will be charged for 1/2 a day. If you fail to msg or notify if you are running late past 6, you will not be able to pick up the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding. Easy guest access, easy to find and only 15 minutes to/from airport! If you are coming anywhere on the east or southern shores heads up on traffic during the hours between 7-9am and 3-6pm. My team and I will be available for your calls/texts in regards to any questions or concerns. I have been a property manager with rental companies for the past 4 years and I know what is needed to ensure that guests are comfortable and well taken care of. We work hard in making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for both parties. So please rest assured that you will be in good hands. We are high believers in GOOD KARMA! I used to be a surf instructor and still do it occasionally. If I am not able to assist you, you can count on me to at least set you up with someone who is an excellent and skilled teacher! My favorite place to set up the Runner is at Malaekahana Campgrounds on the beautiful North Shore. Please check availability first and if you book, they must be in the "vehicle areas". There are also various other beautiful campsites here on the island. Be sure to do your research first and see what kind of setting would suit your vacation the best. All places will require that you need a permit. There is no free camping and it will be difficult to just park “anywhere” and I would highly advise against that. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you are having trouble acquiring camping permits. I can try my best to help you search for what is available. Parking for beaches/hikes and restrooms are plentiful on the island. All campsites will have restrooms and showers. Most beaches (about 85-90%) will also have restrooms and showers. If the beach you want to go to does not have showers, there are other public restrooms/showers that are only a 5-10 minute drive away. You should have everything included for your simple camping needs! On another note please do your RESEARCH on campsites. They get booked up pretty quickly sometimes, so I would advise to book in advance! I would suggest places like Malaekahana and Mokuleia because they are the cheapest, but the most beautiful!
