Enjoy a stylish home from home in buzzy St Leonards! My bright and spacious home is on the top (2nd) floor of a beautiful , detached period villa in central St Leonards. With 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, there's plenty of room to enjoy. On road parking is free St Lens Warrior Sq train station is just 5 mins away - as are lots of lovely bars, restaurants, shops and galleries, including the buzzy Kings Road and Norman Roa The space The flat entrance is on the 2nd floor and has a lovely, split-level, homely feel inside, but is also very spacious (1200 square feet approx) with: Entrance level: Family bathroom with large double-ended bath and separate shower. Also a cupboard for shoes and washing machine (no tumble dryer) Main level: Up a small flight of dog-legged stairs to the main level, where there are - 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes - one overlooks the back gardens and one the road with distant angled sea view - Large living room with Tv, corner sofa and shabby-chic vintage armchairs. There is also a large desk if you need a space to work. Tv. - Large kitchen/diner with dining table and small sofa to relax whilst cooking or chatting (no dishwasher) - Cloakroom toilet with small hand basin (cold water only) Guest access Entire flat except a small walk-in cupboard and bedroom which is kept private for me. Other things to note The flat is Victorian and sympathetically restored, so original sash windows etc. If you are used to a new build then you might not appreciate period property quirks! Much of my furniture is vintage or reclaimed and might be a bit wonky - this is all part of the charm in my eyes. It is a shoes-off house, so please take your shoes off at the door Please note there is no dishwasher or tumble dryer if you are a longterm guest.
