The entire property - the Lodge, the, Cottage, and the dock is yours to make yourselves at home. The property is the last property on a dead end street, with several hundred feet of water frontage. The land across the river is flood plain wildlife reserve, so no houses are across the property. Check local river conditions and be sure to take all relevant and necessary safety precautions before going on or in the river. We live in Bend and are available should something come up. The cleaning and hot tub are maintained by professional local providers. We are close enough to Sunriver to enjoy its amenities, many of which are accessible for full- and half-day rates, though away from all the hustle and bustle that comes with resort living.
