The space NOISE NOTE: The cottage is directly adjacent to an active train track that does sound its horn as it passes. It is loud. Bedrooms are equipped with noise machines; however, it does not fully cover the train noise. Right to cancel reservation without refund ✔️NO excessive noise/disturbance from outside/patio gatherings between 10PM-7AM. ✔️Adult supervision of children on the property at ALL times indoor & outdoor. ✔️NO smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. ✔️Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
