Being only a 7-unit building with private beach access, you'll have plenty of space and quiet time. Each bedroom has a 1080p HD TV with 140-channel Xfinity Comcast cable, including music channels. And each bedroom and the LR and DR all have tabletop electrical plugs with USB 1/2.4v chargers for all those electronic devices we know you don't leave home without. The kitchen is stocked for cooking or entertaining, and the stainless steel GE Profile appliances will keep your meal prep and clean-up in good stead. There is plenty of off-street parking for you and your visitors. With Vilano town center a 2-block walk from the condo (by beach or A1A/Coastal Highway), you have ready access to restaurants, a Publix grocery store, 2 surf shops, a convenience store, and other amenities. And the condo's location is 2 miles from downtown (crowded) St Augustine -- fantastic town, rich with history, but when the sightseeing is done for the day, take the short intracoastal bridge crossing back to your well-appointed, quiet Vilano Beach hide-away and put your feet up.
