Ideally located between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. This beautiful cabin has a spectacular view of the woods, mountains, and seasonal lake! We love to sit on the deck to enjoy the peace and serenity. If you're looking for a home away from home, we hope that you choose our cabin as your getaway from the city lights and the bustle. The space Our cabin overlooks Arrowbear Lake. Arrowbear Lake is a seasonal lake that fills up during the winter rainy season. It gets stocked with rainbow trout from Winter through early Spring. This is known to dry up from late summer to fall during drought seasons. It is open year-round (except when frozen over) from sunrise to sunset. Our cabin is conveniently located, near Snow Valley (~4 mi), Green Valley Lake (~4 mi), and halfway between Big Bear (~11 miles) and Lake Arrowhead (~11 mi). It is a 2-story cabin, with a living room, dining area, kitchen, a full bath on the top floor, and 2 bedrooms and a second full bath downstairs. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, while the other bedroom has a full-size bed. We have a stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher available for your use. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. There is a TV in the living room. We have Roku to watch TV. It is a streaming media player, which takes content from the Internet and displays it on TV. If you haven't used it before, we have instructions near the TV to show you how to watch, using Roku. There is WiFi throughout the house. There are also some games and a deck of cards for your entertainment. We provide towels, washcloths, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the house. A washer and dryer are available if needed. There are two (2) parking spaces in front of the cabin. If you have more than 2 cars, you can park on the road. If you are looking for a gorgeous view, this is the cabin for you. On a clear night, you can see all the stars. It is amazing. In the winter before you come, please check the weather. We do get snow in the winter and recommend that you bring or use snow chains. The road is plowed by the city; however, a berm may still need to be cleared to drive into the parking deck. A snow shovel is provided to assist you in removing the snow berm. Guest access You will have the entire cabin to yourselves. Other things to note Please treat our cabin as if it were your own. We have a STRICT "no smoking" policy, INSIDE and OUTSIDE the cabin. The cabin is surrounded by the woods and you are in a high fire danger area. No shoes inside the cabin, please. Security cameras are placed outside of the cabin for safety reason.
