The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests with extra charges, and is currently discounted due to construction nearby, but there is no construction on weekends, nor inside this condo. The space 2-story condo has 1 bedroom + 1 bath downstairs, and 2 bedrooms + 1 bath upstairs and it can accommodate 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The base price is for 4 guests. Extra guests are $30 per night, per person. Altogether, there are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. A crib and a high chair are available at no extra charge. The condo has 3 balconies with views and plenty of gentle breezes. The daily rate is currently discounted due to construction. The pool is open after 3:30 pm, Monday- Friday and all day on weekends and holidays. Limited beach equipment is available and plenty of beach towels are provided. There is a grocery store 2 miles north, and a larger supermarket 5 miles north. Tip: buy groceries before arrival because the prices are lower and the selection is better in the Honolulu area. The most attractive feature at this location is the secluded sandy beach that is safe for swimming and snorkeling.
