Feel safe and clean while in our home as we take great pride in the cleanliness of our properties. Please ensure you read the House Rules and accept prior to booking with us. The space Modern renovated duplex that offer comfort and simplicity. We strive to to provide the highest levels of cleanliness and service to all of our guests. Please inquire about monthly rates, if looking for long term furnished rental. We also have 6 other rentals in the area to suit stay your needs. Guest access Garage will be closed for storage. You are welcome to park on driveway and rock area. Other things to note House Rules *Quiet Hours 10PM - 6AM * Large gatherings and party’s not allowed. * Deep cleaning fee will be requested should home be left in a very dirty manner. * NO SMOKING inside house * Pet’s allowed * Pet fee of $295 per pet prior to arrival is due. Please no pets on furniture or bedding * We ask to please clean up after your furry friend 😊 * For long term stays we do require a biweekly cleaning service. Fee will be of $195 and requested through Airbnb. * If booking between April - October thermostat will go to 75 degrees Fahrenheit, if you would like thermostat unlocked there is a $20 fee per day. *Check-In time is 4 PM/ Check-Out 10AM if for any reason a guest fails to check-out on time we will assess a $75 per hour late check out fee, please be mindful other guests may arrive on your check-out date. * Please note our property does have cameras on the exterior areas +Front Yard +Driveway +Backyard. *The property is located in a remote area “Eloy” which from time to time Wi-Fi service could be a little slower with speeds ranging from 10 MBPS up to 50 MBPS.
