Third bedroom has a variety of games, books, puzzles, or bring your video game system to connect to the 42 inch flatscreen. Great room/Family room boasts two couches and one loveseat, 55-inch flatscreen. Wi-Fi high speed internet throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and additional amenities including: Kuerig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker, Panini/Griddler, Ice Cream Maker, Microwave, Popcorn maker. Dining Room table with seating for 8, plus 3 bar-stools. Convenient full size washer and dryer with touchscreen controls on main floor. Main Level Deck with table, 4 chairs and umbrella to listen to the waves roll in or to have dinner with the family. Smaller deck on front of property as well with chairs. The ground floor under the home has a outdoor relaxation area with picnic table, hammock (please use at your own risk, we are not responsible for injuries), swing, Weber propane grill, and plenty of room for entertaining. The home also has a large, private H/C water outdoor shower and changing room. Parking under the house can accommodate two cars on the right hand side of the parking area. *Please do not park on the left-hand side. If we see parking on left-hand side, we will ask that you move the vehicle to preserve our landscaping and stonework. Overflow community parking available in the grassy area directly across from the house on the sound side. The walk to the beach access is five minutes from the property. One of the two community pools is directly beside the property and is steps away! Huge side yard great for tossing the football, soccer, corn hole or a game of bocce ball. There is a large chest under the house with bocce ball, corn hole boards/bags, kites, pool noodles, boogie boards, rafts, sand toys, etc. Two umbrellas, four beach chairs, cooler, six beach towels (in upstairs linen closet), and beach cart included in rental for our guests! If beach towels are used, please wash/dry and dry them before departure. *exterior Ring security cameras located at front and back doors for security and liability purposes You will have access to the entire home and amenities of the Island Park including two pools and dock for launching small vessels such as kayaks, SUP's, canoes, fishing, etc. We also include two umbrellas, four chairs, six beach towels, a cooler and a beach cart to transport anything you need to take to the beach. The main door and back door are accessible via key-pad entry, and keyed deadbolts for additional security. We communicate with guests via the Air BNB app/website. We have retained the services of a local management company should you require maintenance during your stay. Property is located in the desirable Island Park neighborhood on the west end of the island. Walk, bike, rent a golf cart, or dock your boat at the community boat dock.
