The space Hines Hideaway is nestled on 20th St in Mexico Beach, just a short walk to the emerald green waters of the gulf. This one bedroom one bath cottage is the perfect beach getaway. The master bedroom hosts a queen size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen. The private pool is shared with the main house, which the owners do not rent out. There is a nice deck for sunbathing or watching the beautiful sunsets. Free cable and internet. **NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED** **ALL RENTALS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS WHEN BOOKING** CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
